The Role:

Manage the full employee lifecycle and HR operations in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
Act as a trusted People partner to managers and senior stakeholders, providing guidance and coaching.
Oversee recruitment, compliance, and People roadmap delivery, including support for a potential investment round.

What You'll Be Doing:

Own day-to-day HR including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and absence management.
Keep probation and performance processes effective, and support managers with feedback and development.
Strengthen remote culture, manage HR systems (HiBob, Ashby), and explore AI to improve People processes.
