Job Description

We’re looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Go-to-Market (GTM) teams, including Global Sales, Customer Success, Pre-Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned HR Business Partner (HRBP) who understands the pace, complexity, and customer focus of enterprise Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) organizations. You will be a thought partner to GTM leaders, supporting organizational growth, talent strategy, and leadership effectiveness during a critical phase of scale. Key responsibilities include serving as a trusted advisor to GTM leaders, guiding org design and talent planning, driving core people programs, using data to diagnose team health, partnering with talent acquisition, supporting total rewards benchmarking, and championing company culture. Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of progressive HR experience with 3+ years as an HRBP supporting global GTM teams, a deep understanding of the revenue lifecycle, and proven ability to operate strategically and tactically.
