Campaign Strategy & Execution:

  • Own the ONC Pharma campaign strategy end to end, from business and brand objectives to integrated multi-channel plans through launch, in-flight optimization, and retrospective.
  • Direct day-to-day execution across digital, email, paid media, content, HCP/patient-facing programs, and events, making prioritization calls and tradeoffs.
  • Set the campaign brief and creative direction in partnership with creative and brand teams, ensuring every asset ladders back to strategy.

Performance Measurement & Optimization:

  • Define KPIs and measurement frameworks for each campaign and monitor performance in flight, not just in retrospective.
  • Read measurement results critically and translate them into specific, actionable tweaks, tests, and recommendations.
  • Build a continuous test-and-learn discipline into every campaign cycle and codify learnings so they compound across campaigns.

Cross-Functional & Agency Leadership:

  • Serve as the senior point of coordination across creative, agency, media partners, and marketing operations.
  • Drive alignment among stakeholders with competing priorities by facilitating decisions and holding partners accountable to strategy, quality, and timeline.
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships, redirecting work that misses the mark and ensuring all partners deliver against the campaign goals.

Executive Partnership:

  • Partner closely with the ONC Marketing VP as a strategic thought partner, bringing a well-reasoned point of view.
  • Hold the line on campaign strategy, scope, and prioritization decisions under pressure, communicating disagreement professionally.
  • Know when to resolve versus escalate, and when escalating, bring options and a recommendation rather than an open question.
