Job Description

We are seeking an energetic, creative, and forward-thinking Inside Sales Team Lead (SDR/BDR) to join our rapidly growing SaaS company in a pivotal player-coach capacity. The ideal candidate has at least 2+ years of proven success as an SDR/BDR handling both inbound and outbound sales within a SaaS environment. As a Player Coach, you will actively prospect, qualify, and set meetings yourself while mentoring, coaching, and monitoring a growing team of SDRs and BDRs. You will be responsible for driving pipeline generation, cultivating a culture of excellence, and reporting on core performance metrics. You will foster a creative and innovative approach to prospecting, outreach, and campaign strategy and manage team scheduling, workload balancing, and support the onboarding and ramp-up of new hires.
