Job Description
The Junior Sales Development Representative will conduct outbound calls to potential clients, qualifying leads based on their needs and eligibility. This role includes engaging in meaningful conversations to understand clientsβ situations and explain the value of our Medicaid planning services. You will schedule qualified appointments for Benefits Advisers to deliver tailored presentations and close deals. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and lead progress in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve lead qualification processes. Consistently meet or exceed key performance metrics, including appointment setting and conversion rates.
