Job Description
You will develop and drive Gauntlet's recruiting strategy, developing innovative strategies to find, engage, and hire top crypto talent anywhere in the world. You'll create and execute a diverse and inclusive hiring strategy, analyze and report on progress to team leads regularly and facilitate a positive interview experience for candidates and internal interviewers.
You'll develop repeatable processes and leverage automation when possible, train and mentor junior members of the People team and invest in attracting and developing top talent across all roles. You will also hire and train junior employees on Gauntlet's Talent Acquisition Team.
