Job Description
The Global Talent Development team is seeking a Business/Technical Trainer that is eager for an opportunity to grow current programs and help kick-start new ones. Our Global Trainer conducts in-house classes for entry-level to senior personnel and prepares and teaches classes. They also prepare and maintain training materials and documentation. Develops, implements, and delivers technical training, AI, Leadership, and Onboarding programs that enhance individual learning and meet the needs of various functional or institutional productivity improvement efforts. Assesses current skill levels and determines and develops individual and group training plans. Delivers training with multiple media methods and utilizes Instructional Design principles to build learning plans.
