This is a pivotal role within a high-impact, fast-moving organization. As our sales organization scales across regions and segments, enablement is more critical than ever. You’ll help drive the strategic development of our global Sales Enablement function, ensuring our sellers are equipped to win in an increasingly competitive and complex market.
Deliver high-impact onboarding and ramp programs that are interactive, engaging, and outcomes-driven. Partner closely with Sales leadership to identify knowledge gaps and implement targeted training solutions.
Design practical, hands-on exercises to reinforce training and improve retention. Measure, track, and iterate on learning programs in collaboration with GTM leadership.
