Qualifications:
- H.S. Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3 years revenue cycle or contact center experience required; healthcare reimbursement and Epic experience preferred.
Work Environment:
- Remote position within the US, supporting Piedmont Healthcare's Georgia-based operations.
