Job Description

As an HR Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate experience, and employer branding while supporting key HR initiatives that drive Yuno’s expansion and culture. Your challenge includes supporting the recruitment process by managing and updating our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). You will also support on sourcing candidates and helping build pipeline for key positions. You will schedule and conduct initial phone screenings with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process. Assist in developing and implementing Recruiting Best Practices and process improvements. Help plan recruitment and employer branding events. Collaborate with the HR team to prepare candidate pipeline reports and contribute to data-driven insights. Participate in cross-functional projects with People, Operations, and Talent teams to enhance the candidate experience and strengthen Yuno’s employer brand.
