Job Description
The contractor will handle daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, follow-ups, and client coordination, perform QuickBooks invoicing, billing, and payment collection, send professional payment reminders and confirmations to clients, manage emails, calls, and messages in a timely and professional manner, support daily task lists, ensuring all deliverables are completed as assigned. The contractor will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work, this is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client, all compensation is processed through 20four7VA.
