Onboarding Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Owning the end-to-end onboarding technical process, ensuring a timely and positive experience.
• Managing the onboarding schedule and communicating proactively with partners, clients, and internal teams.
• Maintaining documentation, status updates, and accurate records throughout the onboarding lifecycle.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in onboarding, client implementation, or customer success.
• Familiarity with technical setups and system integrations.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
