Senior Manager, People Operations

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, People Operations to help scale and strengthen Wrapbook’s People infrastructure. In this role, you’ll operate with a high degree of ownership, leading policy development, compliance, and operational excellence across the employee lifecycle. You’ll be a trusted partner to Legal, Payroll, Finance, and IT while building systems and processes that enable our people to thrive. While this is a hands-on role, you will also manage and mentor a mighty People Operations team of one, ensuring alignment, growth, and high performance. The Senior Manager will oversee data integrity, access management, and workflow optimization within our HRIS and operational processes. Identify opportunities for automation and improved efficiency in onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle changes. They will also design, draft, and implement scalable people policies and partner with Legal and Canadian counsel to ensure policies are compliant and in alignment with our risk tolerance.
