What You’ll Do:

  • Own the Client Relationship: Manage accounts from post-sale through ongoing engagement.
  • Ensure Successful Implementation & Adoption: Partner with Implementation to drive smooth onboarding.
  • Drive Performance & Outcomes: Monitor usage and performance metrics.

What You’ll Need:

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in client success, account management, or customer-facing roles.
  • Experience managing complex accounts with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive engagement.
