Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the enterprise product vision, strategy, and roadmap — balancing the needs of large, sophisticated customers with Spellbook's broader mission and business goals.
- Collaborate with engineering and design to build and scale features purpose-built for enterprise environments, including admin controls, permissions, workflows, data residency, and integrations.
- Develop a deep understanding of enterprise buyer and user personas — from IT and procurement to managing partners and in-house legal leads — and translate their needs into product decisions.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on enterprise or B2B SaaS products.
- Proven track record of building enterprise-grade product capabilities such as SSO/SAML, data residency, role-based access controls, audit logging, or enterprise API integrations.
- Experience navigating long enterprise sales cycles and working alongside sales and solutions teams to influence deals through product strategy.
