Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Manager, SMB Sales Recruiting to lead our hiring strategy and execution for the SMB Sales organization. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Talent Leadership to ensure we’re attracting, engaging, and hiring top-performing sales talent at scale. You’ll lead a team of recruiters focused on delivering an exceptional candidate experience while meeting ambitious headcount goals. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment and is passionate about building high-impact sales teams.
Responsibilities include leading and managing the SMB Sales recruiting team through mentorship, coaching, and development opportunities. This role also requires developing and executing a scalable recruiting strategy to support ongoing hiring goals across the SMB Sales org and partnering with Sales and GTM leadership to deeply understand business needs, headcount plans, and team structures. This person will also be required to monitor key hiring metrics, report on pipeline health, and proactively identify areas of improvement.
