As a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner, you will collaborate with senior business leaders to implement HR strategies that advance business objectives, lead a team of HR professionals, overseeing HR programs and initiatives that meet business needs. You will handle complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards while managing performance management processes. You will also develop talent management strategies that include succession planning, career development, and employee retention, lead change management efforts, and analyze HR metrics to provide data-driven insights. Additionally, you'll support organizational development and leadership programs, review and enforce HR policies, and act as a steward of Duck Creek Technologies' mission and values.
