Job Description

Hire, coach, and mentor a team of Growth Account Executives across the EMEA region, investing in their long-term professional development. Lead with empathy and create a supportive, collaborative environment where people feel empowered to perform at their best. Conduct regular 1:1s, team sessions, and coaching to sharpen selling skills, pipeline discipline, and deal execution. Actively participate in client engagements, pitches, and negotiations as a hands-on seller, while supporting AEs to close net-new business at scale. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with your team, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets. Partner with EMEA leadership to evolve sales strategies, refine our operating model, and scale effectively across diverse markets. Act as a trusted advisor to agencies and brands, deeply understanding their needs and how StackAdapt’s solutions can drive impact. Create playbooks to accelerate growth across key accounts.
