Develop and implement strategic plans for construction, design, and supply chain organizations aligned with global goals and regional business objectives.
Identify opportunities for growth, speed to market improvement, and cost optimization.

Team Leadership and Regional Oversight:

Manage a team of construction, design, and supply chain professionals, fostering collaboration and individual development.
Act as the in-region leader for the broader Global Infrastructure Development team, coordinating with global teams on safety, power, land, and project controls.

Project Management and Quality Assurance:

Ensure proper project management from initiation to completion, monitoring progress and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
Work with CX/Quality team to adhere to quality assurance programs and regulatory requirements.

Financial Management and Stakeholder Communication:

Liaise with project controls on funding plans, financial forecasts, and reports, demonstrating strong financial acumen.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including sales, operations, clients, and regulatory authorities to maintain positive relationships.
