Regional Project Management Oversight:
- Ensure smooth running and high-quality delivery of projects across the region.
- Drive project manager accountability and compliance with global standards.
- Monitor project progress, CE burn, and profitability, taking corrective action as needed.
Financial Management & Reporting:
- Manage project margin, financial exposure, and OMG hygiene through weekly WIP meetings.
- Approve POs, cost estimates, and credit notes; report on project profitability.
Team Leadership:
- Oversee PMs' PDPs and succession plans; facilitate training and onboarding.
- Support project managers with scoping and planning; address performance concerns.
