This is a senior leadership position overseeing the EMEA/APAC PMO and Service Delivery function.
You will own regional operational success, driving revenue, margin, and utilisation performance.
You’ll collaborate with global stakeholders to shape the future of PMO and Shared Services.

What you'll be doing:

Lead the regional PMO to achieve revenue, margin, utilisation, and billability targets.
Create consistency in processes, standards, governance, and reporting across the region.
Manage resource planning, workload balancing, and act as an escalation point for project issues.

Qualifications:

Significant experience in PMO, Project Management, or Service Delivery leadership.
Proven success managing performance across revenue, margin, and utilisation in professional services.
Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence at senior levels; Spanish or German fluency a plus.
