Day-to-Day Operations:
- Enhance the Ceph-based Cloud Storage System's stability, scalability, and performance.
- Develop and improve automation framework and metrics collection.
- Monitor infrastructure for high availability and reliability.
Collaboration and Innovation:
- Partner with Network and Ops teams for capacity expansion.
- Evaluate and research new technologies and storage features.
- Participate in meetings and effectively communicate cross-functionally.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience configuring distributed systems like Ceph.
- Proficiency in Linux, scripting (Python/Bash), and automation tools.
- Knowledge of server hardware, cloud storage concepts, and performance tuning.
