People Operations Manager

As a People Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and growing the championship team that will enable us to achieve our ambitious mission here at ClassDojo. You’ll develop and own critical people processes across the employee lifecycle and act as a strategic partner to cross-functional stakeholders. Your work will shape how employees experience key moments—ensuring clarity, consistency, and care—while maintaining rigorous HR compliance and operational excellence. You’ll also serve as the internal subject matter expert on HR compliance and operations, guiding both daily execution and forward-looking initiatives. Responsibilities include Process Creation and Optimization, Cross-Functional Projects, Employee Lifecycle Management, HR Compliance, and Systems & Tools.
