About the Role:
- Bring payroll in-house by migrating off a PEO onto Workday, with a January 1 go-live.
- Run every payroll cycle and own accuracy of employee compensation, serving as the main contact.
- Help finish standing up Workday Payroll, then run the system you helped build.
What You'll Do:
- Execute full-cycle multi-state payroll in Workday for salaried and hourly employees.
- Maintain payroll data integrity, track time and attendance, and resolve employee inquiries.
- Support implementation, tax compliance, and GL reconciliation.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of full-cycle payroll experience, including multi-state payroll.
- Hands-on Workday Payroll experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of tax rules, wage and hour law, and FLSA classification.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range is $70,000 to $90,000.
- All full-time employees are eligible for stock options.
