Job Description

The IT Support Analyst II will join the growing technology team and report to the IT Support Supervisor. Responsibilities include providing remote support to over 4000 users, supporting and prioritizing tickets related to hardware, applications, mobile devices, Teams phones, and AV. They will partner with various teams for advanced triage of incidents and issues, maintain knowledgebase documentation, and mentor Desktop Support Analyst L1. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field and 5 years’ experience in a helpdesk or desktop support position is required. Additional certifications such as A+, Network +, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), ITIL, etc. are a plus. Must possess strong problem-solving skills, communication skills, and a customer service-driven approach.
