Job Description

As an HR Business Partner, you will support the people and culture strategy by partnering with leaders and employees to ensure a positive employee experience and the effective delivery of core HR programs. This role is ideal for someone with 2–4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner looking to deepen their impact in a fast-paced, thriving organization. You’ll support day-to-day HR needs while building your capability in areas like employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and employee engagement. You’ll be a trusted advisor and resource to people managers and employees, helping to implement programs and practices that align with our business goals and values. Key responsibilities include serving as a first point of contact for employee questions and manager support on HR policies, assisting in the performance management cycle, collaborating on employee engagement initiatives, providing support in interpreting and applying HR policies, partnering with Talent Acquisition to support smooth hiring and onboarding, supporting learning and development initiatives, and participating in cross-functional HR projects. The qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, minimum 5 years of HR experience, familiarity with U.S. employment laws, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
