Manager, Accounts Receivable - Workers Compensation

Role Overview:

• Lead and motivate a remote Accounts Receivable team with daily direction and communication.
• Oversee work assignments, payer updates, and new market initiatives.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management in partnership with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze KPIs such as days outstanding and collections performance.
• Establish audit processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy of AR management.
• Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of healthcare revenue cycle experience with 3 years of leadership.
• Strong knowledge of medical billing, CPT, ICD coding, and EOB interpretation.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
