What You'll Do:
- Serve as the operational hub between vendors, distribution centers, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of course kits.
- Manage purchase requisitions, orders, and receiving across ERP and e-commerce platforms.
- Own the coursekit inbox, providing fast and accurate answers to Learner questions.
What You Bring:
- A 4-year degree or equivalent experience with strong customer service and inventory management skills.
- Proven track record in inventory management and distribution coordination.
- Comfort working in Outlook, SharePoint, and ideally Sage or Shopify.
