Role Overview:

  • The Fulfilment Administrator ensures effective operational support for pharmacy and clinic partners across the network.
  • This includes timely resolution of order issues, maintaining safety stock levels, and providing project support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support pharmacy partner onboarding and ongoing inquiries, investigating and resolving order issues.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock management with warehouses, carriers, and pharmacy partners.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, develop SOPs, and generate operational reports.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a community pharmacy, dispensary, or pharmacy support environment required.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Collaborative team player able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
