Director, Operations Analytics & Workforce Optimization

Lead a strategic analytics Center of Excellence: Develop frameworks, tools, and governance necessary for Operations functional teams to effectively measure performance, identify improvement opportunities, and optimize resource allocation, leveraging analytics and AI-powered solutions. Serve as a strategic advisor to Operations leadership: Partner directly with Ops leaders to diagnose challenges, define success metrics, and use data to inform strategic decisions. Own workforce management strategy: Build and govern scalable capacity planning, forecasting, and staffing models to ensure optimal alignment of resources with member and provider demand.
