Operations Support Lead

What You Will Do:

• Establish, socialize, and continuously improve best‑practice methods and procedures for Operations Support.
• Own formal project work plans, implement progress/risk tracking, and publish status with clear decision/escalation paths.
• Create compelling, executive‑ready narratives, decision briefs, and recommendations.

• 5+ years of experience in a fast-growing customer service or operations environment
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives using formal work plans.
• Proven ability to craft executive‑ready narratives and decision materials.
