Alpaca is seeking a dynamic and driven Account Executive to join their sales team, focusing on broker-dealers, fintech companies, banks, and other financial institutions located in Latin America. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the brokerage industry or selling technology solutions, possessing a proactive approach to building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional service.
The role focuses on correspondent clearing and the Broker API product line, requiring the candidate to manage the entire sales cycle, conduct market research, and contribute to the product roadmap. The candidate must have strong relationships within the financial services/fintech space in Latam, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and be highly motivated and goal-oriented.
