Market Development Representative

As Rad AI’s first Market Development Representative, you’ll help build and shape a new function from the ground up, reporting into the Director of Demand Generation. You will be the first point of contact for inbound leads and the engine behind our outbound pipeline generation efforts, partnering closely with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to accelerate growth across the U.S. radiology market. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in early build stages, loves refining processes, and wants to own a high-impact area in a leadership role. The role will initially be instrumental in hiring and onboarding two MDRs, likely expanding to a larger team dependent on the performance of the initial MDR team.
