Responsibilities:

  • Provide reliable tech support during service disruptions by troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Follow standard procedures and escalate outages within 15 minutes as needed.
  • Work with phones and emails to deliver clear and effective customer communication.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: available shifts from 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM and 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM PST.
  • Priority coverage needed from 4:00 AM to 6:00 AM PST after two weeks on the project.
  • Saturday and Sunday: 24-hour availability, with weekends being the biggest need.

Commitment:

  • 15 hours weekly commitment required for the 90-day orientation starting July 16, 2026.
  • Work remotely with the flexibility to set your own schedule and pick your projects.
