Role Overview:
- Serve as the first point of contact for tenant emergency maintenance issues outside of business hours.
- Assess and triage maintenance issues to determine urgency and next steps.
- Contact and dispatch third-party vendors, confirming arrival times.
Requirements:
- Strong spoken English and excellent phone communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult tenants.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to work independently.
Compensation & Culture:
- $600 - $900 per month for overnight shifts supporting Pacific Standard Time.
- 100% remote role with no tracker, birthday bonus, testimonial bonus, and monthly raffle.
- This role is critical to ensuring tenant satisfaction and timely resolution of urgent property issues.
