In this role, you will play an instrumental part in ensuring that Aurora’s high-quality benefits and leave programs support Aurorans throughout every stage of their careers and lives. As part of the Total Rewards team, your work is essential in ensuring that we build highly-scalable and responsive processes that build a strong culture.
You will successfully implement, design and administer Aurora’s benefits programs including health, wellness, and retirement for employees located in the US and Canada. You will ensure and support compliance with local, state and national benefits laws and requirements.
You will also serve as the subject matter expert regarding questions on all leave and time off programs, including FMLA, ADA, State Leaves, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, Parental Leave, PTO, and Sick Time Off, and provide end-to-end case management and consultative support to employees and managers.
