Your Role:
- Act as a coding quality expert, guiding and developing coders to promote accuracy and compliance.
- Mentor and educate coding team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Medical Record Sciences with certification as RHIT, RHIA, or CCS.
- Minimum 5 years of inpatient coding experience and strong understanding of ICD-10, anatomy, and medical terminology.
