Job Description

As an SMB Account Manager, you will protect and grow existing accounts through scalable account management strategies. You will use data to identify new revenue opportunities within existing products. Partner with Sales to close new product opportunities and unlock account potential. Support new client onboardings & product deployments and collaborate with Client Operations to resolve operational challenges. Represent Flywire at webinars and in-person events and Share insights to help develop team strategy and support onboarding of new colleagues. Manage contract renewals with precision and care.
