Job Description
Ensure assigned territory growth and profitability by initiating and developing solid business relationships with key K-12 decision makers. You will plan and execute strategies and sales tactics in the following areas: territory planning, prospecting, relationship development, pricing, presentation and delivery, negotiations, accurate forecasting, and closing new sales to both prospects and clients.
You will develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales plan. Meet or exceed quarterly and yearly revenue targets. Continually build and grow a robust sales pipeline via relentless prospecting. Initiate and develop relationships with multiple key decision makers. Organize and conduct sales presentations, site visits and product demonstrations both in person and via web. Travel as needed to meet/exceed goals. Provide forecast regularly and accurately. Provide visibility by collaborating and communicating with Raptor team and maintaining updated CRM records.
