What You’ll Do:
- Scope and lead complex enablement initiatives, managing ambiguity and owning work end-to-end from design to measurement.
- Leverage AI tools and data to surface insights and measure behavior change.
- Build trusted relationships with sales managers and stakeholders as a strategic partner.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years experience in sales enablement or related field with a track record of independent ownership.
- Strong project management skills and comfort with ambiguity.
- Data-driven approach with an AI-forward mindset.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range $75,000 - $135,000 with equity and performance bonus.
