Recruitment Manager

Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead a small team of Recruitment Partners, providing guidance, support, and fostering individual growth to improve recruitment processes.
• Manage hands-on recruitment for senior IT roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and collaborating with global stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Drive projects and initiatives to optimize hiring workflows, leveraging data analytics and automation to enhance efficiency and team performance.

Team and Collaboration:

• Work closely with Hiring Managers from Poland and the United States in a global, fast-paced InsurTech environment.
• Partner with the Director of People & Culture for regular 1:1s and receive an individualized approach to professional development and career growth.
• Engage with mature, companionable tech professionals who provide knowledge support during recruitment processes.
