Lead Recruiter – Regulatory & Clinical (CRO/Pharma) Spain / Greece / Romania

Recruitment Delivery:

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for specialized Regulatory and Clinical roles globally.
• Drive candidate attraction using specialist channels beyond LinkedIn.
• Create assessment frameworks that accurately assess candidates against technical competency.

Team & Partner Management:

• Provide daily guidance, coaching, and direction to a small team.
• Manage team capacity and allocate resources to ensure all global recruitment requirements are met.
• Hold partners accountable to agreed SLAs and performance KPIs.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Build trusted partnerships with internal stakeholders across diverse regional markets.
• Act as the primary talent interface for international Clinical Trial and Regulatory programs.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into precise recruitment briefs and provide market intelligence.

Data, Automation & Continuous Improvement:

• Maintain and optimize advanced Lever ATS configurations.
• Provide regular, data-driven reporting to leadership.
• Identify and assess automation opportunities across the recruitment function.
