About your tasks:
- Take full ownership of end-to-end recruiting across diverse corporate functions (e.g. Marketing, Finance, Retail Media, Marketplace, Controlling, Tech), across multiple European locations
- Build and nurture strong talent pipelines through active sourcing (e.g. LinkedIn) and innovative sourcing strategies
- Use data-driven recruiting approaches to continuously improve hiring strategies
About you:
- Several years of in-house recruiting experience with a strong focus on corporate/office functions in international environments
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions while working with a high degree of ownership and autonomy
- Business fluent English is a must; German at business level is a strong plus
