Recruitment:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across various functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements.
• Deliver a strong candidate experience.

Recruitment Systems & Coordination:

• Administer our ATS (Ashby).
• Coordinate interviews and scheduling across all interview stages.
• Support ongoing improvements to recruitment processes.

HR Administration:

• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Act as a key point of contact for new hires.
• Manage employee data within our HRIS.
