Lead change management and training strategies for SAP transformation, rollout, and adoption initiatives.
Perform impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and site readiness evaluations to prepare business users.
Support go-live, hypercare, and post-implementation adoption to ensure sustainable business outcomes.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in OCM, training, or business adoption within large-scale IT or business transformation projects.
Strong understanding of change methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter) and end-user training delivery.
Familiarity with SAP implementations and ability to measure training effectiveness and adoption KPIs.

Work Environment:

Based in Tokyo, Japan with remote workstyle and travel to Yamagata upon client requests.
