Overview:
- OnTrac is seeking a Lead Change Management Consultant to join a contractor program within a Google-focused solutions practice.
- You will lead large-scale technology adoption and transformation programs, holding strategic conversations with C-suite leadership.
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide executive-level consulting and leadership, facilitating workshops and strategic conversations.
- Lead strategic program delivery for enterprise transformations of 20,000+ users.
- Drive Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise adoption, including enablement, Champions, and measurement.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 8 years of external consulting in a Change Management Lead role.
- SME-level expertise in Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise.
- Experience leading teams of Change Managers and presenting to executives.
Engagement:
- Location: United States, fully remote; travel may be required for key implementation dates.
- This is a contract position with hourly compensation.
