Utility Technician, Field Services

Overview:

• ServiceLink, a top provider in the mortgage services industry, seeks a Utility Technician to handle utility-related tasks.
• This role involves coordinating with vendors, clients, and third parties to ensure utility services are properly managed.

Responsibilities:

• Research property condition and inspection reports to confirm utility status.
• Review client business rules, respond to emails, and manage calls to utility companies for transfers or activations.
• Set up recurring bill pay, manage deposits, and follow up on open utility tasks.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent and previous office/computer experience required.
• Strong PC, internet navigation, typing, and Microsoft Office proficiency required.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and multitasking skills preferred, with mortgage servicing knowledge a plus.
