Driving Retention and Growth:

  • Take ownership of the retention and expansion strategy of the Canvas product lines.
  • Develop comprehensive plays aimed at increasing adoption and driving predictable retention.
  • Driving pipeline generation for the Canvas product family.

Global Customer Enablement:

  • Develop resources to support CSM in cyclical agenda topics, webinars, campaigns.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of product trends.
  • Collaborate with CSM leadership to develop scaled customer communications.

CSM Enablement and Development:

  • Create and deliver engaging product-focused professional development (PD) sessions.
  • Report timely insights and regular status updates to CSMs.
  • Develop and distribute clear and effective materials for both CSMs and customers.

Customer Advocacy and Product Collaboration:

  • Act as a strong voice for the customer within product conversations.
  • Systematically gather and share valuable customer feedback with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Actively participate in testing and providing feedback on product roadmaps.
