Job Description

Relationship Building:

  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients in the SLED Vertical.
  • Become a trusted advisor and advocate within Onit.
  • Understand client needs and introduce additional products or services.

Sales and Pipeline Management:

  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
  • Manage contract timelines, value realization, and negotiation strategies.
  • Mitigate churn risk by identifying early warning signs.

Operational Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and manage SLED RFPs and government contracting requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
  • Represent Onit at key industry events.
