Responsibilities:
- Keep abreast of the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to best position Zayo in the marketplace.
- Provide guidance and counsel in customer meetings throughout the sales cycle from discovery through close.
- Develop strong relationships with customer’s technical influencers and recommenders to resolve objections and drive opportunities to close.
Solution Design:
- Analyze customer requirements to understand how Zayo products can meet their needs and solve problems.
- Design right solution options, optimizing capabilities, resiliency, and cost using expertise of local to global services.
- Employ cross-functional leadership to manage design teams and ensure feasibility of proposed solutions with operations and product teams.
Education:
- Educate and advise customers on key technology and industry trends.
- Actively participate in bidirectional knowledge sharing with Zayo peers and business partners.
- Invest in yourself through continuing education, both formal and informal.
